  • Approximate building size: 10,000 sf (will consider range of 5,000 to 15,000 sf)​.
  • Lease or purchase opportunities​.
  • Urban or Suburban locations​.
  • Playground area: approximately 1:1 with size of rentable building area, subject to location.
  • Parking: approx. 3 stalls per 1,000 s.f.​
  • 3-mile demographics: $90,000+ median household income, 20,000+ households, Median age 33-42.

  • Vibrant mixed-use neighborhoods with proximity to internship opportunities and access to mass transit.
