HGE provides landlord’s stable cash flows with a long-term (15+ year) triple net lease with no termination clauses.​

We are interested in evaluating a variety of potential sites, including mixed use, and existing developments, as well as HGE developed or turnkey options at an average deal size of $3 to $10 million.
